Prior to joining Vance Street in 2010, Nic was an analyst in the Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries.

Nic graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from the Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting.
