Richard K. Roeder

Prior to the formation of Vance Street in 2007, Richard co-founded and served as a Managing Director of Aurora Capital Group from 1991 until 2007. From 1981 to 1991, he was a Partner of Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, where from 1987 to 1991 he served as Chairman of the firm's corporate law department.

Richard is a member of the Board of Directors of The Music Center of Los Angeles County, a Trustee of The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and a director of the Berkeley Center on Law, Business and the Economy, a joint program of the law and business schools of the University of California, Berkeley. Richard holds a J.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an A.B. degree from Amherst College.
